Valentines Day should be a colourful occasion. Before we get into the colours, check out our dinner at home… Tuna tartare with asian dresing. Salmon tartare with traditional dressing, moulded into hearts, aww. Seared Scallop Sandwich. An SLT, if you will. And pickle point & raspberry point oysters.
