V-Day

Valentines Day should be a colourful occasion. Before we get into the colours, check out our dinner at home…

Tuna tartare with asian dresing.

Salmon tartare with traditional dressing, moulded into hearts, aww.

Seared Scallop Sandwich. An SLT, if you will.

And pickle point & raspberry point oysters. I put together a quick mignonette, which was absolutely awesome. We had a wonderful (filling!) dinner. Our fishes were acquired from Falero, and we were absolutely thrilled with the quality and service. The fellas in there clearly care about their product.

What did I wear?

Here I’m trying to get the wrinkles out of my dress. I have an aversion to ironing after I accidentally burned my bridesmaid dress, so I tend to wear wrinkled garb. I also have an aversion to hanging things while they’re hot in the dryer, so, DEAL WITH IT.

Better after my stretching, pretty sure.
