The length of my hair is in an awkward place. It’s not long enough to braid or do interesting things with, but I don’t like wearing it up. If I don’t do intense blow-drying (and it’s too hot to do that) it lays flat in the front, and doesn’t shine like I like. Half-up seems to work well, but sometimes I just don’t like it. Mid-hair days. Boo on them.

On the upside, the shoes that Julie got me for V-Day are absolute gems – I have super wide feet, but they’ve accomodated them brilliantly. They’re comfy like crazy, and they have big pink bows. How wonderful.

ALSO, on the subject of awesome things the lad does, he’s been taking my photos. Did you know it’s 1200x easier to have someone photograph you than it is to balance a camera on the edge of a dresser? It is! Also having someone there to make you smile a real smile is great. It makes the whole process more fun. Thanks, kiddo. You’re great. (You better be reading!)
