Apparently it’s a WLC week. These are the tights I got in my Beyond the Rack order, and still super. Aaron pointed out that everyone who walked by did a bit of the old gawking at my legs – bright colours, people notice them. I was really self-conscious in these. Super bold stripes is a bit much, even for me, but I adore them and wanted to make them work. Again, I got a tonne of compliments so that helps ease the “What am I doing I look like a moron” of it all. I do have a complaint about the WLC stockings. I’m a girl of ample thigh, and these just don’t have the stretch required to make that comfortable. I spent Sunday with my dad, sister, aunt and nephew, and was comfy-casual all day long. My dad and aunt have been cleaning out my Nan’s stuff, and gifted me with two beautiful brooches. This is one. My We Love Colours order from BTR came in! I am so so so happy with the choices I made. On Friday, I went to company-mandated team-building bowling, which ended up being a bit fun. Don’t tell anyone. I saw these in baby-blue at the American Urban Outfitters, and snatched them up. When I got to the cash, the nice lady pointed out there were black ones available nearby, so I got those instead.
