I’m living out of one single box, at the moment. My shelf is down, so I had to balance the camera on my kitchen counter, which worked out better than expected, though I was pretty convinced it was going to fall into the sink. It’s waterproof, so that’s fine, in theory, but I would have panicked for a few before I remembered that. So, I’ve left out a set number of outfits, and shampoo, and toothpaste, and that’s about it. On Friday, I packed with my sister, since I’m moving house this Thursday. So soon! So excite! Need to find a new spot for photos! (Mina: I’ll try to make it outside.) Jeans today. I’m tired and a bit cranky and jeans seem like the thing to wear. It’s cooler out than it has been. Yesterday I was downright cold in the evening. Finally in on the colourblocking trend, but cheating, as the colours are blocked for me. You can’t tell, because I’m not holding it, but my handbag is the same green as the glasses, and the pink is similar to that in the dress, so my glasses were slightly matchy-matchy with my outfit and this pleased me. These shoes got more comfortable, however my baby toe now pokes out the side. Spent father’s day with my dad and nephew, (and sister, but she’s less important. Hi Brit!). Nephew played with my dad’s dog, BOSS, and was generally adorable, the way he is. I had a really nice day full of laughs, and my aunt even came round to spend time with my pops. I think he was pleased with how the day went down. I’m in love with this dress. I feel like a princess. I almost never wear pale colours, but the shape of this dress was such that I had to at least try it on, and I’m glad I did. It fits perfectly! I wish I could go back and get more. It’s boned! I love boning in the bodice. For me, it feels like you’re just put together, held in – I stand straighter, and feel better.
